- Your job. If height increase is a priority in your life then getting a job which make you stretch and reach to carry out your daily tasks is important. Any repetitive action which makes you stand on tip toes to reach will help. Window cleaning, window dressing, house decorating/painting, shelf stacking and fruit picking are good examples. Find a job that means you have to reach all day long!
- Spectacles. Wearing a small pair of loose fitting spectacles will make you lift your head to see through them, this will ensure your head is held up high all the time helping to keep a tall posture.
- Weightlifting. A daily weightlifting exercise will keep your bones stronger and less likely to compact. Resistance training will keep leg and spine bones solid and maintain elasticity in cartilage between the bones. This will help in restoring cartilage size as you sleep making you slightly taller on waking.
- Swimmimg. This exercise makes you stretch with each stroke and elongates your posture too. Slow breaststroke reaching as far as possible with your arms is good.
- Defy Gravity. The weight of gravity does not help you get taller as it's pressing you down all the time! The more time you spend in less gracity the better, being up high mountains and more so, flying in airplanes will be helpful.
